Bluserena pays particular attention to the well-being of guests, both in the offer and in the correct information on allergens. Due to the size and organisation of our kitchens we cannot offer customisation of our dishes to suit individual allergies, but in all our central restaurants we guarantee a basic assortment of gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free food (although we must emphasise that, due to the structural characteristics of our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of contamination for any type of intolerance, except for the packaged products listed below and the gluten-free menu at Serenè Resort). In particular to those with gluten intolerances, the Serenè Resort offers a gluten-free basic menu suitable for coeliacs in line with "Nutrition Outside the Home" program - AFC - of the Italian Coeliac Association at the main restaurant from 09/06 to 09/09/2024: at breakfast, gluten-free packaged products (bread, assorted brioches, biscuits and rusks) and a sausage, at lunch and dinner menu consisting of three starters, two first courses, two main courses, a pizza and a dessert. In all other hotels: Gluten-free food: in addition to a buffet and a selection of naturally gluten-free foodstuffs, a daily sausage and packaged staples (tarts, biscuits, snacks, rusks and rice biscuits) are available for breakfast. At lunch and dinner, in addition to a selection of naturally gluten-free foodstuffs, at least one starter, one main course, one pizza and one dessert made from gluten-free ingredients are available (however, it is not possible to guarantee that they are completely free of contamination). Lactose-free and eggs-free food: in addition to a buffet of naturally lactose-free and egg-free foodstuffs, lactose-free and egg-free packaged basic products (snacks, rusks, yoghurt and milk) are available for breakfast. At least one starter, one main course, one cold meat, one cheese, one pizza and one lactose-free or egg-free dessert is available for lunch and dinner. In restaurants with table service, on request: gluten-free, one starter, one main course and one dessert made with gluten-free ingredients; lactose- and egg-free, one starter, one main course and one dessert made with lactose- and egg-free ingredients. In the Baby Kitchen you can find: soy milk, rice milk and lactose-free milk.

Although Bluserena cannot in any case offer customized menus prepared ad hoc for individual guests.
