An exciting programme of group exercise classes with our instructors (at the GranSerena Hotel from 25 May to 13 September 2025) both in the fitness area and outside: Yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi Stretch, a whole new muscle awakening with a holistic approach to wellness; Aquagym, Nordic Walking, Dance the Hits (new for 2025), train to the rhythm of music with exercises and dances to all the current hits and the songs of the summer, toning up your body and having fun; Jump fitness, the trampoline that helps you burn calories to the rhythm of music. In all the Resorts (except Serena Majestic, Calanè Resort and Alborèa Ecolodge Resort) there is a modern indoor fitness area, with the assistance of qualified instructors at scheduled times, equipped with isotonic machines, dumbbells, treadmill, spinning bikes, balance boards and strength training ropes. The Serena Majestic Hotel Residence and Calanè Resort have gyms without instructors, equipped with isotonic machines. At the 5-star Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA there is a large gym equipped by Technogym, offering targeted services and small fitness classes both outdoors (from yoga to pilates) and in the gym with personal trainers. Guests of the Alborèa Ecolodge Resort have access to the fitness area and activities at the Valentino Resort and Calanè Resort. At the Torreserena Resort, children and adults can try their hand at the climbing wall and learn climbing techniques, having fun in complete safety (instructor-assisted activity, accessible during the gym opening hours). Exclusive to Is Serenas Badesi Resort: a professional instructor specialised in postural training and Eastern disciplines, with courses in Tai Chi, Holistic Fitness, Pilates and Yoga.
From 2025, in some resorts, you will find new activities to try: Acqua Jump, to train in water on a trampoline, jump, laugh and tone your body in a light and fun way (at the Hotel GranSerena). You can try Acqua Step: a perfect mix of aerobics and hydrotherapy. Move to the rhythm and feel the water envelop you and regenerate you (at the GranSerena Hotel and Serenè Resort). Acqua Board Fit: inflatable mats in the pool to train with aerobics, yoga or Pilates. Your body and mind will thank you (at the Torreserena Resert and Serenusa Resort). With the Music Boxe Machine, punch to the rhythm of music, alone or in a group, for a workout that will give you great energy (at Torreserena Resert and Serenusa Resort). Finally, Wing Sup, an adventure on the water combining paddleboarding and flying with an inflatable wing. To feel at one with the sea and the wind (at the Serenusa Resort).
SEA SUMMER 2025 - 5 STARS ALBORÈA ECOLODGE RESORT AND KALIDRIA HOTEL & THALASSO SPA
At Alborèa Ecolodge Resort: two tennis courts and seawater swimming pool, hydromassage and water games. At the 5-star Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA: large gym equipped by Technogym, which offers targeted services and small fitness class activities both outdoors (from yoga to pilates) and in the gym with personal trainer.
Guests of the Alborèa Ecolodge Resort and Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA can access to the services of the nearby 4 star Resorts: tennis courts, archery, shooting gallery, table tennis; swimming courses, tennis and archery from the beginning of the summer season until 06/09/2025.
