The Club Card entitles you to the following services: use of sports fields and equipment, beach services, participation in tournaments and group lessons, services of the Serenino, SereninoPiù, SerenUp and SerenHappy. Compulsory from 3 years old(except for Alborèa Ecolodge Resort and Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA; compulsory at GranSerena Hotel until 08.09.2024).
SNOW, WINTER 2024/2025
The Club Card entitles you to the following services: shuttle bus to and from the slopes (about 500 meters and 3 minutes ride) and the shopping center, free ski box with reserved locker at the foot of the slopes, daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children. For children, morning accompaniment to the Ski School and back to the hotel, with help getting dressed for the little ones. Access to the Serenino Club, our Mini Club, and to SerenUp, the Bluserena Teen Club, with assisted lunch (on payment for guests in half board). Access to the swimming pool (open at set times) and gym. It is compulsory from 3 years old.
